No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any food items, beverages, or snacks once the order has been processed, paid for, and delivered to the customer. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain our high quality and safety standards.

No Exchanges
Food items are not eligible for exchange. Once a product has left our preparation area or been handled by the customer, it cannot be returned to our stock or exchanged for another item due to health and safety regulations.
Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are cases involving damaged packaging (prior to delivery) or the delivery of an incorrect item. In such rare instances:
Damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or collection.
The seal and packaging must remain completely intact for the claim to be valid.
Resolution is subject to manager verification and strictly handled case-by-case.
